hello everyone my name is jason and live in basildon in the uk.
i am thinking about wine making again, i use to do it but stopped about 14 years ago. at the moment im looking at equipment it seems to have changed a bit. (plastic demijohns) so once i get going expect lots of quistions. hope to start in the next week or to.

Welcome back to a great hobby. Yes plastric carboys (especially Better Bottles) are beoming popular, but glass is still the commonest.
