i am been lurking on here for over a year and i just thought it was time to join. so hello everyone . i have been making wine for just about a year now and i have made alot of kits and i have for the past 6 months been making wine from fruits and concentrates. i have a ocean breeze kiwi melon waiting to clear. i just started a batch last nite of cranberry/rasphberry a 2 gallon batch , raspberry grape concentrate and cranberry concentrate which i am putting in dried cranberries and white dried rasins , i am waiting for the campden tablets to do their job before i add the yeast i have 3 choices on hand to use , lalvin71b-1122+ lalvin ec-1118+ red star montrachet, which would you recommend?
