the batch I just started yesterday level with the hydrameter was at 1.080 whatever that may mean I put like a teaspoon in to start it in the primary, I think the last time I put 6 tablespoon in and that stuff was totally powerful and strong, I did bottle it and it looks good but I want to ask questions on this next batch:confused:

What is the wine made off ???

I answered your question about yeast already in your other post.

If you do not know what a hydrometer reading of 1080
means I suggest you first do some reading on winemaking.
On my web-log in the column on the right you can find
some references to winemaking books which you can
download freely.
