Help with peeling paint!

Hi guys I am new to wine making. I have a wine press and the paint on the base is chipped and peeling. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Treat yourself and take it to a powdercoater. They will sandblast it, coat it and it will be better than new.
