Help With First Time Brew

Hello everyone it is my 1st time trying to home brew my own wine I got this idea from a recipe online to make high alcohol Kombucha and decided to mix the Kombucha with water, sugar, and Naked Mango Juice. The yeast I'm using is Lalvin Ec-1118. The thing that worries me is that I didn't use any measurements and sort of just eyeballed everything what's the worst that could happen to the finished product?

The worst that could happen is you will make the best wine you have ever tasted and not be able to replicate it. Best to measure things out and keep good notes on what you have done. Good luck with it, Arne.
