I started a Orange Chocolate Port on 3-1, I added the yeast ( premier cuvee)
on the evening of the 2nd. Last night and today it is bubbling over the top, I have roughly 4 gallons in a 8 gal bucket, I've already had to take off some of the foam. Is there anything I can do to get this under control?
Thanks
Steve

I guess you don't have to worry about stuck fermentation:slp, which this kit is notorious for - from what I recall.

Sorry never heard of that vigorous of fermentation. My only thought is that 4 gallons sounds high for this kit. I thought it was 3

Someone else can chime in I'm sure.

You can split this into 2 buckets. By the way, this is not the kit that is notorious for stuck fermentations, its the Raspberry Chocolate!
