Hello everyone...I just found the link to this site from another winemaking forum. I was excited to see that there is another homebrew supplier in Dallas! I currently have 3 projects in the works; Mead, Raspberry wine, and Hard Lemonade. All of which are going well. If I need any supplies I know who to contact!

Always glad to have new customers. If you would like me to post your recipes, just send them to me. Over 3/4th of my hits are from people looking for wine recipes. Seems to be a real hot item.

I just posted some of my recipes on the winepress forum, George. Feel free to copy them to this forum if you want. I don't mind sharing most of my work, just not comfortable with sharing it all and definitely not much of my methods. I might have a small farm winery some day soon.
