Longtime wine drinker here, and total noob at making wine. I've been fermenting my own kimchi and yogurt for years, with very good results. Finally tried making wine from supermarket juice in my Instant Pot just for shiggles and gits, and I was hooked! Right now I have two batches going, One is apple from juice, but I added pectic, tea for tannin, and yeast nutrient. It's in secondary and seems to be making progress. The other is rice wine. I just steamed some Calrose and added two Chinese yeast/fungus pellets. It looks the way it does in the recipe I followed; won't know for another couple weeks.

I'm sure I'll be perusing the forum and maybe asking y'all's advice. vcfd6 <----- (My cat's comment; she jumped on the keyboard :)
