Hello From Rifle, Colorado

I just wanted to introduce myself.
I am a retired electrical engineer living in Rifle, Colorado (West side of the Rockies on Interstate 70).
I just started making wine two years ago and have enjoyed every aspect of the process.
We have a lot of "wild" fruit here in our area that goes to waste every fall, so I am doing my best to make a dent in it
I look forward to meeting and conversing with fellow wine learners.

If you look in the "RECIPE" section you will see alot of recipes for fresh fruit. If you don't see what you are gonna make ...ASK I bet there will be a few that would have made it here.

Welcome Rifleman! Very pretty country along the river where you live. The towns have some pretty neat names, too... Rifle, Parachute, etc. Years ago I had a buddy from South Carolina that worked on a construction crew in/near Parachute.
