Hello from PA

Hello Everyone!
Just joined this forum after purchasing a starter kit from George as a Christmas present for my wife and I.
Started the RJ Merlot on Jan 1st and looks like a good start to the new year!
Hoping to produce many bottles of great wine and looks like this forum is a terrific source of information.

Be prepared, this is an addicting hobby you have entered into. Why have 1 carboy when you can have 2 and then you will need more to make racking easier, but then you will use them on a new wine.......see where I'm going...lol. You'll love every minute of it. Not to mention the wine !
