Hello everyone.
We have just started our first 5 gallons of wine. We are very excited to see how it turns out so we can start a second. We started with a basic kit from True Brew (gold kit) upgraded to glass and bought a rj spagnols orchard breeze wine kit. We will update will our progess and post some pics when time allows. We are looking to make a nice section in our basement for our new hobby. Thanks everyone that has posted tutorials and other information within the forums we have learned so much already and look forward to years of home wine making.
