Hi,

Been home brewing all-grain beer for several years, but my Dr. suggested I should not be drinking beer due to the on-set of age-related ailments. Instead of finding a new Dr. I made the switch to wine & mead. :b

My first attempt was a three gallon blueberry wine from frozen blueberries. I have since made a few three-gallon batches of cyser, a few six-gallon batches of apfelwein, and two one-gallon batches of orange mead. So far, I haven't thrown any batches out.

I got my feet wet at homebrewtalk.com with wine & mead discussions & recipes, and hope to learn more here.:db
 
Yes welcome, avatar. Please join us at the Danger Dave Dragon Blood wine thread if you haven't already. I made a 6gal. batch of blueberry wine for the Christmas season and we have one bottle left so it turned out pretty good.
