I'm Curtis and just started 2 months ago learning to make wine. I have a passion for my Prime Ark Freedom Blackberries. I had so many this year I had to figure out what to do with them. I decided wine might be one of my solutions.
I have a one gallon batch going so far.
I have been researching a bunch and found this site to be one of my go to places, so I've joined..

I just started a batch of dragons blood (6 gal) this month and just put in the k- meta, sorbate and sparkaloid today.. It's going good so far.

Blackberry wine is great. Wish we had them growing wild around here. Good luck with your wines and any problems get on here and somebody will most likely jump in to help. Arne.
