This is our second season of wine making. I am absolutely addicted to the fun of the hobby. I feel like a mad scientist sometimes as I lie in bed at night listening to the plop, plop, plop of the locks on our demijohns which are snugly tucked away in the airing cupboard. I look forward to learning from you all!
