Hello from Central Texas. I am new to this forum. I have been making wine for about 1 year now. Only kits up to recently, just started my first fruit wine and first mead.

Yes, I'm the same nursejohn. Thought I would try to gain some more knowledge about my winemaking. On the strawberry/banana wine I'm doing right now, I just thought the two sounded good together. I pitched the yeast yesterday. I'll let you know how it turns out, John.
