Greetings.
Long time brewer just getting into winemaking. Tried it in the early 80's with terrible results. Received a kit from my son for Christmas, and was very surprised at the quality of the wine it produced. Currently have an Australian Shiraz in final clearing, hope to bottle this weekend, plus an Argentinian Malbec that is clearing. Hope to bottle in about 3 weeks.
Looking forward to advancing my knowledge and wine list.
