supposed to be released come Monday,
a few days cleaning home, then should be bottling very soon , and most on here know me, I think I have about 150 lbs sugar in freezer, 2 gallon peach concentrate and 4 gallon pear concentrate and 30 gallon apple juice, that'll more than cover back sweetening more gallons of wine, than I'll admit to. hehe,, and starting some peach, apple and pear wines,

Need the sugar! I have four 6-gallon buckets that doesn't get used. That's my "emergency" sugar. I have other buckets for daily use.

now that you mention it, i do have several 5 gallon buckets filled with vacuum packed sugar from 1999,

Good to hear you're coming home Dawg, but take it steady. You've said yourself many times, you need patience in wine making. Looks like you'll be having a sweet future.
