I am ready to bottle a HB Grenache Blush. When tasting, I find it kind of flat and boring, very little body and very dry. I added the sweet reserve as per instruction but I can hardly tell it is there.

Any suggestions for improvement?

Thanks.

What's your acid? If your wine is flabby tasting there may not be enough acid in the wine.
You could simmer down some juice and add. Make sure you've added sorbate or do so so as not to start refermentation.

If its sweetness that yoiuare looking for then make upm a simple syrup to add to consisting of 2 cups of sugar to 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve it and let it cool down and add to taste. If you are looking for body also you can use glycerin first as this tends to add a little sweetness also.
