I want to make a GSM wine Kit. Does anyone know who makes one. And is there any fruit you can add to it to help fininsh the taste.

GSM is Grenache Syrah Mourvedre. As you learned elsewhere there is a Cru Select kit.

However, I believe that Grenache & Mourvedre are the principal two grapes used in making Chateauneuf du Pape, with Syrah being another allowed/common grape in the blend.

CdP kits are usually called VCR (Vieux Chateau du Roi).

KenRidge Founder Series

If you haven't started something yet, I was just flipping through the latest edition of the print catalog for ECKraus.com, and listed as "New" is a Grenache/Syrah/Mourvedre kit, with skin pack, from KenRidge, in their Founder Series. It's not listed on the eckraus.com website, but I did find this link:
