Considering doing a field blend GSM this year. Does anyone have recommended percentages?

I enjoy a good Chateauneuf du Papa, and have seen breakdowns ranging from 8-1-1 to 5-2-2

Location
South Surrey, BC
mostly grenache - strawberries and white pepper
syrah - 10-15% - plums, chocolate and coffee
mourvedre 10% - Italian seasoning

malbec is also good instead of or with syrah - blackberry character

I’m making a gsm this year it is probably 60% Grenache 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.

I’m doing a gsm as well. I’ll be a 33%/33%/33%. I’m thinking a gsm blend is like a Bordeaux noble grape blend; since the varieties work well together, the % make the wine different, but not better or worse.
Mine is just the percentage of grapes in the vineyard, I got the grapes from a friends vineyard that is field planted for the gsm blend so all the vines are mixed together but I have an idea in roughly the ratio of each grape from what I was told about how the vineyard was planted.

I have a lot of commercial experience with gsm blends at wineries but haven’t made one outside of work so it’s exciting.

The winery I worked at before the one I work at now makes 3 gsm blends.
