Evening all. I have 6-8 vines currently growing. I have the opportunity to save a couple big vines. Question is can I dig these up in the winter and save them? I have attached pictures. The reason to move is mother in law doesn’t want them anymore. Her late husband used to tend to them.

I can see no problems in doing that, there is an opportunity here.
The first step in digging up and replanting has to be pruning the vines. There is plenty of vine that just needs to be removed. While you are doing that put some thought into taking some grape vine cuttings.
Ok the cuttings will take a bit longer to establish, but you could gain many vines.
