A member of my local winemaking club is organizing a group buy for frozen must (red) and juice (white). I won't post all the details here, so please PM me if you are interested in participating.
Briefly, we are looking at buying 5-gallon frozen pails of must/juice from some premium grape-growing areas in Washington, Oregon, and California. It is from one of the well-known sellers of frozen pails, and they are offering us a nice selection of reds and whites at a discount. The main advantages of the group buy are: A discount of $20 to $40 off their normal prices, and a bulk shipping rate. We are hoping to get one or two pallets of pails, which will knock the shipping down to <$18/pail, which is a fraction of the individual shipping costs.
The pails would be delivered to Oak Creek, WI. We are hoping for delivery in early May. Again PM me if you are interested in learning more.
