I have a friend that sent me a picture of this cluster from a foch vine. No other issues evident on the vine. Canopy looks healthy. Any thoughts?View attachment 49449

From the single picture: there seems to be slight white film and dead tips would suggest to me a fungus. The health of the canopy may not be relevant even if a fungus is the problem. If the clusters were not treated at the most opportune and appropriate time before flowering, and/or if especially poor weather occurs during the bloom, fungus issues may develop just on the clusters.

Definitely fungal. I hardly ever see any issues on mine except for botrytis but that's on mature clusters. I'd say DM.
