Well so much for following the directions to a tee....I was doing fine till I added the final water and was looking at the wrong mark on my primary.........ooops filled it to 7 gallons. Tested the SG and had 1069, to low. So what the heck I must improvise, so I added 1 Quart of huckelberry juice that I steamed last year and added 2 cups of sugar, now the SG is at 1074, a little on the low side but should be OK. Only time will tell.
