That's a great series of articles. I've done quite a bit of reading and research on wine storage and really like the storage guideline article. It was thorough for most needs, yet concise.

I appreciate those articles. I'm a total newbie with my first 3 batches fermenting right now. It was very interesting to learn that overuse of bentonite can strip aromas from wines. My fave part of wine is the nose and finish. Plus right now I'm beginning to create a basement wine storage areas and need all the good advice I can get.
