Fruit wine Yeast

What is the best yeast to use in fruit wines. Strawberry, grape, cherry, ect.. thanks in advance.

I’ve often heard a neutral yeast like EC1118 is good.

I've made several batches of pear, rhubarb and raspberry with EC1118. I like it because it's a workhorse and gives me a predictable ferment in spite of the dumb stuff I have done to discourage it.

I have used Premier Classique , Côte des Blancs (Red Star)& RC212 (Lalvin).

71B is my go to yeast for my darker country wines. For my apple wines my go to yeast is D47.
