So, I made this awesome elderberry port. :dg I used the Vierka Portwein yeast that was supposed to go to 18%ABV. It stopped at 10%. I just racked it and added two 750ml bottles of 100 proof Monarch Vodka to the 6 gallons. Is there a way to determine my ABV without a lab distiller? :d
 
Thanx Woodbee. According to the calculator I need to add another 1500ml of 100 proof Monarch to get to 15%. My fear is that it will overpower the elderberry and taste too much like alcohol.:d
