Forgot malo

Started making wine again and forgot about mlf. Post ferm I added k sorbate, keiselsol and chitosin. This is a red amorossa kit. Can I still mlf or is too late since I added k sorbate?

This is a kit wine, MLF is not recommended in kits.

And it is to late, the sorbate, along with the K-Meta, which I assume you added, even though you didn't say that.

It will be fine, kits are pre-balanced to end up being the correct levels of acid.
