First time maker - missing instructions

Brought home my winexpert Bordeaux kit and found no instructions in the box. Box says to visit the website for instructions. Website is down. Call customer service and they are closed until Monday. Aaaarrrggghhh. Great first impression. Anyone have instructions for this kit they can share?
