First frost

So we had our first frost yesterday. Ive done 2 crushes so far but i had planned and ordered everything i needed to do 2 more before the season was over. I completely forgot its thankgiving here this weekend in canada and ill be going out of town this weekend. So i guess my question is how much frost, if any, can the grapes take before they cant be used to make wine anymore? Are they done after first frost? Can they sit on the vine and wait for me for one more week?

No, a frost is not necessarily a problem. It may dessicate the grapes, and increase sugar. So you end up with a different wine. You can wait even longer and create Ice Wine.
