Finig pinot gris

Any suggestions which fining agent to use on my pinot Gris? Acidity is 3.1, just want to smooth out harshness and emphasize fruit befor bottling thx

try doing some bench trials with some sugar syrup to balance the acidity. adding sugar syrup will not add sweetness in low amounts but will cut your harshness and bring forward fruit.
