Reached 21 brix today and I harvested. Looks like this would be a good week to hang, but about half the berries have noble rot already. Smells great in the lug. I hope next year we skip that cold wet August thing.
 
Do you know what ph and acid levels are? We just harvested Frontenac with Brix at 23 ph 2.9 acid 16. Yikes!!
 
I haven't measured yet, but they tasted more tart than the Marquette and were definitely more tart than they were a few weeks back. I let them hang longer to get sugar and I got tartness, go figure..will let you know.
