Fermenting 2 kits together

A couple of questions. I thinking of fermenting 2 kits of Island Mist Blueberry Pinot Noir in the same fermentation bucket. The question is do I use both packets of yeast ? When I go to stabilize do I add both packets of stabilizer? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Bakervinyard

Two kits make 12 gallons. One packet of yeast is good for about 8 gallons, so yes, both packets of yeast. Same logic for kmeta, sorbate and clearing agents.
