I have a 3 room system in a finished basement, 1-Production room with sink, concrete floor, for mixing, transferring, etc. 2-Fermenation closet, 4 buckets max and 3-Walkin cellar with active cooling, capacity about 1500 bottles and carboys. I'm thinking of expanding the fermentation room to accommodate up to 12 batches at once as a large walk in closet. I'm curious what everyone else is doing (pics) to amp up production. I find with EM having 4 going at once is just too slow to keep up with my demand.
