How did these kits turn out? I just put in an order on Amazon for the super Tuscan and the Italian Amarone.

I did an extended maceration on both.
I've only tried 1 bottle of the Italian Amarone so far, but it was great. I'm planning to buy another one for this fall.
The Super Tuscan is bulk aging and will be bottled in the next couple of weeks. This is the 3 time I've made this kit and the first 2 are great. This one is the first time I performed an extended maceration. Expecting it to be even better. I'm planning to buy another of this kit soon too.

Look up the wines flavor profiles before you start that will give you an excellent starting off point.

Did the RJS En Primeur Amarone w/skins - it’s been in the bottle for a year and a half opened a couple bottles at 1 year it was excellent - will leave till it’s 2 and start drinking. Can’t wait
