Interesting read, one comment I had about his procedure, adding Fermaid after five days of fermentation is probably not the best thing to do. Maybe after a day or three, but after half the sugar is gone you don't want to add nutrients, the yeast can't use them anymore.

Actually, it is worse than that, Craig. It calls for Fermaid after ten days!

Oh my goodness, nothing like feeding the yeast after they are all used up.
