Fast wine

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask. What is a fast wine to make something that would be done in say a few weeks to a month.
I have some going but they are atill in secondary.
I will be making some apple wine but i normally let that age a few months.

Try Danger Daves Dragon Blood. This was my first wine and all the hype is real, this stuff was a big hit with all my friends.

Dragon Blood can be a little thin for some tastes but it is passable. Skeeter Pee (hard lemonade) is passable. Try cider; a still cider can be done in couple weeks.

 

[Cellar Door]

Try the Island Mist sangrias. Great for summer afternoons on the deck or the beach. Ready to drink in about six weeks.
