Hi everyone.
I would like to know your opinion, on using erytrytol as sweetener for wine. Do you know if yast will consume it?

* yeast will not consume it
* my opinion is it should be minimized best used in a blend with other ingredients, the sweetener has what I would call “plastic “ flavor notes. but No I haven’t tried it in wine
