Opened my first 375 ml of the Eclipse Old Vine Zin. Still only 3 months in the bottle, but what's not to like? Good nose, nice color, great legs....really decent young wine.

Tomorrow is the Eclipse Cab Sav.

Monday is the Eclipse Bravado.

These were my first really big kits with skins....I think the extra money spent shows very well. I did this pretty much straight up, only minor tweaks. First time using the 375's and I really like these little bottles as I seldom drink more than a couple of glasses.

Mid most, Our Eclipse Old Vine Zin is now 3 yrs old and a huge favorite here. Unfortunately only 3-4 bottles left. Save some for a few years out, it's gets even better! Roy

My Eclipse Old Vine Zin is a year old this month. I bottled it about three months ago. I believe I bottled about four 375ml bottles for tasting until it hits at least 18 months.

At bottling time, I already much preferred it to my Eclipse Shiraz I started in March of last year. (bottled at the same time)

I will definitely start another this year. I can see how this Zin can quickly become a favorite.
