I noticed something new with the WE Eclipse Kits I started today, Nebbiolo and Shiraz. Both took almost 2 gallons of water to get to the 6 gallon mark on my fermentors. The box indicates that there is 4.75 gallons of juice provided which would require only 1 and 1/4 gallons of water. This leads me to believe that I have don't have 4.75 gallons of juice provided with the kit as the box indicates. I'm afraid now that I'll have a watery must.

Has anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions?

What was the brix/gravity reading?

According to my records;
One Super Tuscan had ~1.5 gallons of water added. It's SG was 1.1056. It produced 30 bottles at 15% ABV.
The other Super Tuscan had 2 gallons of water added. It's SG was 1.1029. It produced 29 bottles at 15% ABV.
