I found the recipe for Dragons Blood wine and I would like to give it a try. One question, the kits that I have used have you placing Camden tablets in the must. I don't see that in the recipe, is that not necessary?
Correct. This recipe only has the juice sitting 12-24 hrs before adding yeast. No k-meta needed until after fermentation is completely done and you move onto the stabilizing step.
Side note: if "placing" Camden tablets means your putting them in whole then make a mental note to crush them up 1st in the future.
