I am two years into home wine making (13, 6-gal kits so far) and recently made a batch of Danger Dave's Dragon Blood. It was fabulous after only 4-5 days in the bottle. Am mid-way through a second batch now.

Question: to make this a peach recipe, can I simply substitute 6 lbs of sliced peaches (from the frozen food section; thawed) in place of the 6 lbs. of Triple Berry Blend? Or, better yet, is anyone out there willing to share a recipe for Peach Wine DB style?

Thanks for any help!

Ooo peaches, I have done a 3 gallon peach wine (still aging). It turned into 2-4L jug wine carboys. LOTS of solids in it! I did an apple juice/dried apricot, not recommended because dried apricots have preservatives, I used 5 packets of yeast for 1 gallon (still aging)! Unless these wines are extraordinary, I'm staying away in the future.
