I am cold soaking my Pinot noir and I am not sure if I added my dose of lallzyme. Is there any harm if I add it now knowing it may be a second dose?
I could've sworn that I added it along with the potassium meta bisulfite, but there was a cup with water sitting there that should not of been there and I suspect maybe that was my dose of lallzyme. I smelled it to see if it was the SO2 but it had no smell to it.
