Don't look like last years grapes

Well this year I expected big things out of my 4 year old Merlot vine. Pictured is the 1 cluster I got last season. Looks like it should I think. Here are 2 pictures of the 2 clusters that are on the vine this year. What happened? I'm bummed to say the least. I'm in the PNW north of Seattle. We had an average summer I think.

My vineyard in West Georgia USA took about 5 years before I had an acceptable harvest I dropped fruit the first few years concentrating on vine development.

Agree with IB.

Maybe it's just the lighting but the leaves look very pale. My leaves are dark green. Fertilizer??

Is it in a large pot/planter? If so, you are definitely going to have to supplement the vines nutrition. Like what @Sage said, you might try a diluted fertilizer. Maybe try a program with periodic feedings 2 to 4 weeks apart.
