i think i have a CO2 problem with a pinot noir i put up a month ago. i opened a bottle to test and it tastes like it has bubbles in it. can i vacuum out the gas with a pump and hose through a stopper in each individual bottle to rescue this batch? or is there another method to save a wine with this problem?

U can try but I doubt it.

Have you added sulfite abd sorbate? Tell us all your steps from begining to now (esp. time you did each step)

U may have to put back in a bucket and degass properly.

It may have not finished fermenting.

Do yourself a favor. Uncork (darn-it) the bottles, add the wine to a carboy and degass. Airlock for awhile longer then bottle. Not knowing all your steps is a shooting match but failure to degass will cause your bottles to explode, especially as the temp. increases.
