Db yeast energizer?

The recipe for dragons blood calls for 3tsp yeast nutrients and 1tsp of yeast energizer...what I found is "Superferment" it says its nutrient and energizer is it......my question is as far as the recipes goes do I count it as the 3tsp of nutrients or the 1tsp of energizer or would I count it as both and put 4tsp

Think I would just count it as both. Also would only add half up front and add the other half about a third of the way thru the ferment. Arne.
