date flavor?

As I've been munching on some dates w my 2y/o daughter (she and I could devour a pound in a sitting if left alone...) and it got me thinking.

What do fermented dates taste like?

Like fermented dates. Drop in some raisans and a few figs for some acid, we use a blender to make them into a slurry, keeping everything loose in the primary stir stir stir, strain when its done, it can really stand to crank up the sugar to get a higher alcohol and keep it sweet, a little oak, we add KM to protect from further oxidation.
