Ordered a Sauvignon Blanc WE kit, husband let it sit in the basement (which is cool) for a few months. Opened it to make it, and he thinks it's dark. I have no idea, so I'm asking you guys. He did do the same thing with a Pinot Grigio once, it was also dark, and it came out fine.
Should he be worried? Should he bother with it? Truthfully it doesn't look bad to me, but he's doing the work... Thanks!
