Wife goes out tonight so I decide to do some racking.
All up 3 gallons loquat to secondary. 3 gallons strawberry first racking from secondary (lost almost a gallon to lees), and 15 gallons of Grenache final racking to 2x 6 gallon carboys (not pictured) and bottled the remainder that was clear (4x 750ml and 2x 375ml) with the remainder now in a couple of flagons to see how it clears. The glass has a sample of the grenache and it's damn good. Started 9pm now it's 12:30am and I'm just tucking into my steak dinner. Hard work but somebody had to do it!
