Hi St Allie: I have a apple and pear trees, so thats what I have been making. I also have tried the Cabernet and Lambrusco that Kraus sells. I have never sweetened any of these,(due to lack of info on doing it) so they are pretty dry.

Hello to you all. My attachment is one of my horse paintings. I don't think I got it in the thread correctly. My bad. How can I get past being afraid of blowing up my wine bottles?
